How it works
The bot asks questions by voice, AI analyzes the transcript: depth of HR cases, metric specificity, process-building experience.
What is evaluated:
❓ How many employees did you hire per year and in which areas did you lead recruitment?
✅ Gives specific numbers (50–200/year), breaks down by area (IT, mass hiring, executive search)
❓ Tell me about a case where you had to build an HR process from scratch — what did you do and what was the result?
✅ Describes a concrete situation: problem, steps, measurable result (reduced time-to-hire, built onboarding)
❓ Which HR metrics did you track — time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rate, eNPS?
✅ Names at least 2–3 metrics, explains how they influenced them, provides dynamics
❓ How did you work with managers who were dissatisfied with hiring quality?
✅ Describes concrete steps: requirements analysis, feedback, profile adjustment — not just "communicated more"
❓ Which HR automation tools did you use — ATS, HRIS, Huntflow, LinkedIn Recruiter?
✅ Names specific systems, describes how they configured/implemented them, not just used them
AI scores each answer against criteria and assigns a final score of 0–100
