How does it work?
You send a link to the bot to the guest upon completion of the booking. This can be done in a letter or by integration and send an SMS. The bot meets a guest and finds out the time of arrival. If you find out the check-in time, you can send a recommendation script depending on this time.
Next, it is useful to discuss all the important terms of the renting with a guest and transfer the dialogue to messenger or get more contacts.
You can ask the guest to send documents, an agreement and send a signed version.
Then the client gets into the apartment menu, where you can help him quickly get comfortable:
1. Recommend a restaurant
2. Tell where to go (excursions, museums, attractions)
3. Book a table in a nearby cafe (and receive %)
What to do with the template?

The bot can be taught:
1. Accept payment for the minibar
2. Generate electronic lock codes
3. Collect feedback
4. Call cleaning
If you host no more than 20 guests per month, the bot will most likely be free for you.
