A bot for meeting guests remotely
The bot helps to meet a guest, tell about the apartment, and recommend entertainment.

When you rent out an apartment by the day, guests may arrive unexpectedly. They may speak different languages and may find it difficult to get comfortable with the area.
We made an example of a bot that will help:
1. Check in a guest
2. Get documents from him
3. Tell about the rules of stay
4. Recommend restaurants and entertainment
5. Answer FAQ questions
Difficulty level: easy – can be customized according to a template, without consulting a specialist

How does it work?
You send a link to the bot to the guest upon completion of the booking. This can be done in a letter or by integration and send an SMS. The bot meets a guest and finds out the time of arrival. If you find out the check-in time, you can send a recommendation script depending on this time.
Next, it is useful to discuss all the important terms of the renting with a guest and transfer the dialogue to messenger or get more contacts.
You can ask the guest to send documents, an agreement and send a signed version.
Then the client gets into the apartment menu, where you can help him quickly get comfortable:
1. Recommend a restaurant
2. Tell where to go (excursions, museums, attractions)
3. Book a table in a nearby cafe (and receive %)
