How does it work?
The bot starts using a link or QR code, shows a photo of the place where the employee should be, and tells about the premises.
Then the bot suggests going to other locations and talks about their features. You can create multiple routes for different employees.
The bot can make an intro with key employees, tell you who is responsible for what, and who you can contact.
The bot can also tell or remind you about the rules of the coworking space, save employee data, etc.
What to do with the template?
1. Copy the template into your project.
2. Set up a user’s route through the premises. Take a photo of key points in the room and add it to the bot.
3. Host the bot with your domain or use ours. It can be placed in the "Settings" section.
4. Place the QR code in a visible place with a link to the bot.
