How does it work?
Launch the bot.
You can send a link to the bot when registering for an event or place a QR code with the bot when entering the site.
Saving contacts.
The bot meets a visitor and tells how it can be useful, saves his email and offers to choose a channel for communication: messenger or browser.
Exhibition navigation.
Next, the bot learns what areas and topics are interesting to a visitor. Depending on the answer, it leads you through different scenarios, where it recommends visiting relevant booths and events. The bot also suggests the route to the desired point.
To make it convenient for a visitor to use the digital assistant, you can include a menu of buttons in the script, where the user will choose the desired option: meet the participants, watch your events, learn life hacks, find out where to eat and charge gadgets. Depending on your choice, the bot will offer recommendations.
If an exhibition has educational information in the form of documents or websites, you can add convenient links. In this example, if you select the “Meet the participants” option, the bot offers to join the community of exhibition participants.
You can communicate with users using the conversational interface in the "Dialogs" section.
