If an exhibition takes place on a large website with dozens of exhibitors, and also offers a busy program of conferences, then a visitor will most likely find it difficult to navigate the exhibition. As a result, the event experience may not live up to expectations. So that the visitor can get the maximum benefit in a limited period of time, offer him an individual track through the exhibition: which booths to see, which events to participate in, who and how to meet. We have created a sample of the bot that will help you do this automatically.
How will the bot solve this problem?
1. Finds out a visitor's interests.
2. Recommend booths and events.
3. Tells how to find the necessary objects.
4. Provides links to resources.
5. Shares life hacks.
6. Saves contacts for you.
Difficulty level: easy - the scenario can be assembled from standard blocks
Setup time: 2-5 hours (depending on your scenario)
Versatility: suitable for excursions at various exhibitions, forums, festivals, fairs
How does it work?
Launch the bot.
You can send a link to the bot when registering for an event or place a QR code with the bot when entering the site.
Saving contacts.
The bot meets a visitor and tells how it can be useful, saves his email and offers to choose a channel for communication: messenger or browser.
Exhibition navigation.
Next, the bot learns what areas and topics are interesting to a visitor. Depending on the answer, it leads you through different scenarios, where it recommends visiting relevant booths and events. The bot also suggests the route to the desired point.
To make it convenient for a visitor to use the digital assistant, you can include a menu of buttons in the script, where the user will choose the desired option: meet the participants, watch your events, learn life hacks, find out where to eat and charge gadgets. Depending on your choice, the bot will offer recommendations.
If an exhibition has educational information in the form of documents or websites, you can add convenient links. In this example, if you select the “Meet the participants” option, the bot offers to join the community of exhibition participants.
You can communicate with users using the conversational interface in the "Dialogs" section.
What to do with the template?
1. Create a project in the constructor and copy this template.
2. Edit the script text. If necessary, add videos/pictures/gifs.
5. In the “Settings” section, connect the messenger, add a background and an avatar for the web version of the bot.
6. Test the bot.
7. Create a QR code with a link to the bot in any QR code generator.
