Analytics is a section of the constructor where you can create reports on scripts. It is useful for tracking user activity in a bot. For example, to find out how many people activated a script and how many dropped out of communication at this stage.
You can view statistics in the selected script and the block in it.
Report types
▸ Active users – statistics for all active users in the selected block
▸ All responses in the block – statistics for responses in the selected block
▸ Sales – statistics for payments
▸ Dropped out – statistics for all users who have not activated the selected block
How to create a report
1. In the Analytics section, select a script or go to Analytics via the Scripts section by clicking the Go to Analytics icon.
2. Select the period for the report.
3. Click Add report.
4. Specify the report name.
5. Select the report type.
6. Select a block in the script.
7. If necessary, add a description of the report.
8. Select the report design.
Filtering by segments
You can create reports for selected user segments. For example, to see how a certain segment of your target audience performed the script. To do this, select the desired segment in the upper left corner of the interface.
Report link
You can open the report in a separate page. This allows you to use the report independently, for example, embed it in your dashboard or add the report to a bot script.
Export to Excel
You can download all the answers from the script to an Excel table by clicking the Download Excel button in the upper right corner of the interface.
