What does omni-channel mean?

How to launch a mailing list?

  • By segment

    A user goes through the scenario and ends up in the segment to which the mailing is launched

  • By webhook

    You send a request from your system to the webhook and the bot starts the mailing

  • From database

    You upload the database and the bot sends messages to it

What does the interface look like?
