How does it work?
The bot is launched in the browser using a link or QR code. The script starts with a short video where the teacher talks about himself.
Then the bot provides brief information about the specialist: education, student reviews. And he offers to learn more and get a free lesson by going to Telegram (you can set up another messenger). Thus, the bot saves a user in the system so that you can continue communication by sending a chain of messages.
Then on Telegram a client can receive a bonus, sign up for a trial lesson, etc. If a client decides to sign up for a trial lesson, the bot first finds out key information (learning goal and language level), and then sends you a private message on Telegram with a notification about a new appointment on lesson.
You can add other blocks or individual scripts.
If a client hasn't signed up for a lesson, you can set up a series of warm-up messages throughout the week. Send various useful materials and motivate a client to take a targeted action, for example, sign up for a trial lesson.
Also, the dialog with the bot remains in Telegram and the client will be able to return to it at any time to use the "Menu" button to find the necessary commands and contact you.
How to set up the bot?
1. Create a project in the designer and add this template.
2. Edit the script, replace texts and multimedia. The “Menu” section for Telegram is located in the lower left corner of the designer editor.
3. Connect the messenger in the “Settings” section.
4. If you use Telegram, set up a notification about new requests.
5. Set up an automatic newsletter.
5. Test the bot.
