This is a ready-to-use chatbot template for corporate chats that helps welcome new employees and start onboarding without HR involvement. The bot is triggered automatically as soon as a new hire joins Slack and immediately launches the onboarding flow.

How it works
When a new member appears in the Slack channel, the bot sends them a friendly welcome message.
With one click, the employee starts the onboarding flow. They go through a few simple steps: learn about the company, meet the team, set up work tools, or ask a mentor a question.

The employee selects a task, and the bot opens the corresponding branch of the flow — with materials, checklists, links, and instructions.
Next, the bot can systematically collect feedback from new employees: check how their onboarding is going and identify any challenges. The collected data is stored in a single table, making it easy to analyze.
