How does it work?
A user activates the bot using a link or QR code. The bot introduces you, tells you about the excursion and offers you to choose a convenient format: in a browser or messenger. Here you can offer to select a language and configure scripts in different languages.
Then the excursion begins. The bot indicates how to find the necessary exhibits and offers to answer questions that relate to them, explaining the answers. For correct answers, a participant receives points. The bot automatically counts the number of points and offers a gift for the desired result. A participant can also rate the excursion.
How to set up a bot like that?
Copy this template and add it to your project.
Tell visitors how to find exhibits, add photos or videos. Add interactive questions, interesting facts, and bot reactions to user responses (it’s great to use GIFs). For tasks, we recommend using the “predictable answer” block, “buttons with one answer option.”
Enter the points you will be awarded for correct answers. To set up scoring, select the “Add/Subtract Points” action next to the correct answers. The result is reflected through the global variable “score”. In the “router” block, enter the number of points that a participant must score in order to receive a gift.
- If required, add the bot to the messenger: Telegram/VKontakte/Facebook.
- If you plan to activate the bot via a QR code, create a QR code in any QR code generator.
- In the “Settings” section, add a bot avatar and background.
- Test the bot.
