This bot can automatically recommend gifts to your website visitors. You can set up such an assistant before the Christmas or another holiday in order to engage each client in a dialogue, find out his request and offer different gift options.

Difficulty level: easy – can be created by any user.
Setup time: 2 hours.
Versatility: high – the template can be applied to any product/service to collect leads on the site.

How does it work? 
The bot is embedded into the site and makes a contextual offer to visitors, for example, to help choosing a Christmas gift.
Using clarifying questions, the bot finds out the client’s needs: for whom the gift is needed, how much he expects.
Depending on the answers, the bot offers several gift options.
If the client is not satisfied with the proposed ideas, the bot asks to leave contact information so that the manager can contact and help with the choice. All information about the order will be sent to you by email or messenger.
What to do with the template? 
  1. Add a template to your project.
  2. Customize the bot design – background, avatar, font.
  3. Decide how users will launch the bot. If on a website, place the widget on the website and configure the first block in the script - "Webpage event".  If with a message in the messenger, add the bot on Telegram/Facebook, and in the messenger settings specify “Start script option”.
  4. If the qualifying questions do not suit you, edit them to suit your needs. Add information about your products.
  5. Set up notifications about new requests by email or messenger via the “Notifications” block. Or integrate with your CRM system – contact us for help.
  6. In the “Analytics” section, configure reports based on the script.
  7. Test the bot.
