Clients come to the clinic's website with different situations. For each case, you need to respond quickly and appropriately: make an urgent appointment for acute pain, help with the choice of a specialist, etc. We have created a bot that will help automate this process.

How will the bot solve this problem?
  1. Find out the client's problem and its urgency.
  2. Introduce you to the doctors – if the appointment is not urgent.
  3. Save the contact and send it to the administrator.
Difficulty level: easy – any user can create it.
Setting time: 2 hours.
Versatility: high — the template can be applied to any services for collecting leads on the site.

How does it work?
The bot is embedded into the site as a widget and is activated by a trigger message. When a visitor enters the site, the bot engages in a dialogue and finds out what is bothering him.
Depending on the answer, the bot offers several options: make an appointment immediately, choose a specific doctor, or help with the choice.
This is what your experts' recommendations might look like.
Then the bot offers to specify a convenient time for the appointment, saves the phone and sends the request to managers. All information will be sent to your mail or messenger, and you can contact the client to confirm the appointment.
What to do with the template?
1. Add a template to the project.
2. Decide how users will run the bot. If on the website, place the widget on the site and in the constructor set up the launch of a trigger message through "Event on the site". If by using a message in the messenger, add the bot to Telegram/VKontakte/Facebook, and in the messenger settings, specify "Start script option".
3. If qualifying questions do not suit you, edit them for yourself. Add information about your specialists.
4. Set up notifications about new applications to your mail or messenger through the "Notifications" block.
5. In the "Analytics" section, set up script reports. 
6. Test the bot.
