How it works?
You place QR codes with a link to the digital assistant in places where tourists arrive and where they might have questions, such as the laundry room, BBQ area, kitchen, etc
The bot will ask which language you prefer. Then, it will offer accommodation options and help with payment. It will guide you on using campground services, suggest activities for families and couples, and assist in booking entertainment. It will also ask if you want to extend your stay, gather feedback, and kindly request recommendations if you enjoyed your experience.
- Chatbot is integrated with Chat GPT, so your digital assistant will understand requests in natural language and improve the answers.
- You can use all the visuals that you have to improve the customer experience: maps, pictures, video, etc.
How to set up the bot?
1. Sign up in the builder and add the "Campsite assistant" template.
2. Open the Campsite assistant script and customize it according to your camping facilities and rules.
3. Configure the bot design: Go to Settings > Web bot design.
4. If you plan to use all the the power of messenger: sequences, upselling, community, etc, connect them in Settings > Messengers.
5. Test your bot in both web and messengers using the Test button in the top-right corner of the script area.
6. Use the same link to create a QR-code or simply place the link visibly for access.
